Appartement très calme, facile d'accès aux différents services et au centre de Como. Riccardo a été très disponible et aimable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

We stayed here but Ricardo isn't responding to any complaints, we even had to leave before our booking was ending cause of dirty environment. The place is like a dirty mancave, for him it might be good but not if you rent it out! Please Ricardo clean the fridge proper, the sink, the water cocker, get a vacuum cleaner to suck out the drawers. please get the dust from the ceiling, cupboards and lights. The bathroom is so smelly cause of the mold there, please open windows, put an air freshener. Please clean your bathroom from mushrooms and any other mold! it's just too much dirt everywhere, we don't recommend this place, especially because he went silent after complaining! Don't go here, he only will respond when you aren't complaining, he is filthy and doesn't cope with confrontation! We never experienced this with a place or hosts who just got silence. All for all we cannot believe he rated a super host??????

Le séjour d'une nuit s'est très bien passé. Riccardo est un hôte très réactif. La communication était super. Riccardo parle anglais, et il nous a suggéré des randonnées et activités. L'appartement est rempli de carte IGPN, d'informations sur les commerces à proximité, c'est très pratique! Le logement est fidèle aux photos, appartement en résidence calme, pas trop loin du centre-ville de Côme si on a une voiture. Très bien équipé. Je recommande sans hésiter! Es war alles perfekt und es gab wirklich überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Riccardo war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war total gemütlich und obwohl wir sehr spontan gebucht haben, hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank!
