My family had a wonderful time. The place was so very comfortable. There were TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The TVs had many premium channels too. There was a bathroom for each bedroom. And a halfbath downstairs. The air conditioning worked great. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The water pressure was really great in the shower! The couch and living room chairs were super comfortable and we had a great time lounging around in the evening. The water in StSimons Island is not the best but the pantry had a super gravity water filter that was great. The kitchen was filled with enough pots, pans, spices, appliances, etc to allow you to cook some meals easily. We had a great time in StSimons as the place is close to everything and we were very happy and fortunate to have secured it for our spring vacation. A good deal.

Maura is a friendly and responsive host. We felt very at home in her space with our dog and would return in a heartbeat. The home is central to everything you will need during your stay. The listing looked exactly like the photos. The Berkeley filter needed to be changed, but we were getting groceries anyway so we bought gallon jugs to last our 5 days there. I always clean whenever we check in to any rental, but I honestly loved how clean the space was and mainly just needed to sanitize it. I would say the couch could use a deeper clean and couch cover. The shower pressure is amazing but don’t expect a long hot shower. The hot water lasts just long enough to get clean. We skipped washing our hair to avoid a cold plunge. In the evening we loved to take a walk and watch the planes fly in and out. Overall this was a wonderful space and the perfect get away. This is one place I would not hesitate to book. We recommend eating at Iguana. The porch is highly rated but not good at all.

The condo was very cozy. Nice TV’s, Good shower and water pressure. Did need some minor repairs.

The condo was in a great location that was private. There were a lot of restaurants and a grocery store without minutes, and the little yard was perfect for our dogs.
