Vacasa was very easy to work with and had great communication. The property was in a beautiful setting. Any issues that arose, they were quick to communicate.

We loved the location and neighborhood. The quiet area was very welcome. The house was spacious and the kitchen was very nice.

This house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and a great outdoor space to hangout. It also backs up to the national forest which was a hiking bonus. The main bedroom was awesome! Super comfy bed. The 2nd bedroom is a converted porch with two built in twin beds on either end. We had our adult sons sleeping there (both around 6ft tall) and they were fine. We had a third adult son on the futon in the living room which he thought was comfy enough. The house is about 20 minutes up from Lyons (away from Boulder) the drive seemed long at first, but I got used to it and didn’t really mind. The scenery is unreal as the drive takes you along a River the whole way. Overall, I’d recommend this place and I would definitely consider a return visit.

did not really like the lighting in the house especially during nights. some weird smell while walking towards the front door. the lights are very confusing and ac was not working properly. not worth the money.

The place is nice, but needs a bit of updating and some TLC to address lots of minor issues, like towel bars falling off walls, very old rusty bathtub, and a few major issues, like the sewer smell under kitchen sink and near master bath sink, non-flushing toilet, etc. Some amenities that would have been nice: caffeinated coffee, kleenex, enough dishwasher pods for the week we were there, etc.
