This is a lower level apartment which walks out to the backyard. 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Laundry facilities are in the unit, along with a shared exercise room / Pilates studio. Come to recharge and rejuvenate! Lower level walkout. Entire apartment, including bedroom, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room and an exercise room.

Well located as I grew up in Arvada and was visiting family/friends. It is suburbs so you need a car but easy access to light rail, highways, etc. Well stocked with cooking, laundry items. We will definitely book again on our next trip to visit! Larry
This was our second time staying here. Location is perfect for us. Place is beautiful with a large open space behind the property. Nice quiet and private location. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great place to stay if you’ve got pets and are looking for convenience. The odd and Rebecca had everything we could need for our stay. The door opens to a fenced in backyard that the dogs loved. They were very nice and accommodating, and we had a great stay. Only minor, but it’s not actually its own home - it’s a downstairs apartment in their house. We also were hoping to use their EV charger, but it wasn’t working. Not a big deal as we had no issues with noise or disturbances, and there were chargers close by!
Alpina of the Rockies was a great stay. we were very comfortable and convenient. very helpful and responsive host. We highly recommend staying here.

Suburban neighborhood of single family homes, bordering open space a half mile walk from Apex Rec Center.
The Apex features a swimming pool, hot tub, climbing wall, basketball courts, fitness machines and free weights. There are also two ice skating rinks featuring hockey and figure skating.
You'll want to have your own car (you can park in the driveway), but the bus line is 2 blocks away, and I'm sure Uber and Lyft are able to find us.
