My partner and I stayed at Jeffrey’s guest house for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, Jeffrey was hospitable and very communicative, and the house was quite private. The Airbnb was perfect for us as we were pretty busy most of the day. A good place to stay and great neighborhood to explore. The bed was super comfy! We def recommend their place for those looking for a comfortable and clean place to be in and out of during your visit to LA. The roof area is very cute and a great place to have a cup of coffee while you look at the gorgeous view. The property smelled lovely as well! We’d be happy to stay here again next time we are in town.

This place was easy to find and great for our quick weekend trip to LA. Jefferey was very helpful, responsive, and proactive with instructions and local suggestions. We spent most of our trip out and about, so it was nice to have a quiet place to sleep.

Great friendly and attentive hosts, the place itself is comfy and well stocked. The neighborhood is safe, visually appealing (especially from the roof deck - great views and a nice place to watch a sunrise) and close to a lot of the fun stuff that LA has to offer. Not sure if this is specific for this time of the year, but the whole street smells like roses. Parking was never an issue. Perfect for a short stay for one person (or two if you're not spending a lot of time inside).

The AirBnB is small (studio) and not fancy, but has everything you need. Jeffrey is a great communicator. The highlight of the place is that it is in a nice neighborhood in Mount Washington, and there is a beautiful view from the deck above the AirBnB, which is yours to use while you're there (table, chairs, umbrella).

The studio apt. is in a nice area, but it’s a pretty small place— even for two people. It was too cold to use the terrace, but it looked nice. The shower was clean and big, and the water pressure was good. There's no kitchen, but there is a microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge provided. We had difficulty in finding the rental unit, but we arrived after sundown. Jeffrey was very helpful and kind in helping us find the place.
