All I can say is that Jason's place needs to be updated, painted , mold removed linens and blankets changed and cleaned. Air conditioner needs to be replaced and another one put in the other room. I would be ok with paying the electricity and water if he lowered the monthly price. I paid twice as much for a condo that was not worth what I paid. He needs to invest in his investment. I have owned rentals before and there is no way I would have rented it out before everything was fixed and cleaned.

Thank you so much Sir Jason, you were such a great host. according to my aunt and uncle, their stay was great. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Almost everything in the description was accurate. They’ve managed even without electric stove since there are other options in the kitchen. The only thing that made them unsatisfied is the bad smell that penetrates your unit during early morning when the unit next door cooked their food (well its really uncontrollable). Also, you may consider fixing the aircon cover as it fell off the ground while they are sleeping.
