Location was WONDERFUL! The beach was beautiful and very private! The size of the house was great for accommodating a large group. The issues, though, is that the photos in the listing are NOT accurate!! They are clearly very old pictures and things are not the same. There are many areas where you can see they have done “renovations” and cut many corners. Many of the fixtures are barely hanging on and the room with the bunk beds have different bed frames than the pictures and the space between is barely large enough to walk through. Many of the linens are old and some stained. It was not intolerable and we still had a wonderful time on the trip but the photos were definitely a little misleading.

Beautiful setting! Every bedroom had a bathroom so it would be nice for 3-4 couples or a girlfriend gathering. The kitchen had the normal pots and pans but no wine glasses. It would be nice to have some coffee/tea and salt and pepper. Many places do that now. Comfortable bed, nice linens. They did have a small soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. The instructions for the entry neglected to say you have to push the “check” button after entering the number/code. We were stumped for a few minutes.

The house was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. We all had a great time. The only issue we had was the weather was quite chilly at night and the downstairs bedroom had no heat and cold air was coming in around the window air conditioner and the bathroom from the outside door. We had to go and purchase a small space heater to keep them warm. This should be addressed with the home owner or at least let the guests know ahead of time during the winter months. Yes I know it's not normally cold in FL but when you have elderly parents that travel with you it would be good to know. But in all we all had a great time, the house was perfect for our family size and we got to spend quality time with each other. We plan on making this a yearly thing from now on.

Beautiful location and very spacious with lots of sleeping options. You could comfortably sleep 8 and fit 10 if necessary. There was a bag of dirty linens or something (we didn’t open it) left on one of the beds and a smear on a pillow. We also had to kill a very large roach in the kitchen. Honestly those were minor inconveniences for the large part but the cleaning fee is too high if this is how it’s kept. Again, great view and serene location. Would likely recommend.

The location was perfect, a great boardwalk to the beach for very easy access. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The property could definitely use some maintenance but overall our stay was very nice.
