We are looking for a family that will take care of our home as though it is their own. We have had great luck getting customers through realtor.com in the past who are either transferees or between homes and are very particular in terms of who rents our personal residence and screen carefully. In return we are the perfect hosts and our home is in excellent condition. Will be happy to also provide you with people who have rented our home in the past. I am a retired teacher and my husband a retired YMCA professional. Our son, Jason has ALS and is married with two young daughters, so spend a lot of time in Austin helping our son and his family. We primarily rent our home to help with his escalating medical expenses. This is our personal residence and in exceptional condition. It has hardwood floors, lots of light, high end furnishings, and includes all utilities. We prefer 2 to 3 month renters. We have lived in Doylestown for almost 30 years and know a lot of people in our wonderful community. You will enjoy life in Doylestown.
