The home was lovely and had very scenic views from balconies on two sides. Iosef and his team were communicative and flexible when we needed them and they did their best to make us feel welcome. The location was nice, with easy walks to Little Italy or Balboa Park if you don't mind a few hills. And, although landing planes frequently flew by, the house was surprisingly quiet. On the top floor, the noise was audible but not disruptive with the doors and windows closed. And in the bedroom on the bottom floor, it was nearly imperceptible. We were in town for a conference and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone doing the same who appreciates a little distance from the convention center.

Would give this place a 10 out of 5 if we could! Gorgeous place, such a nice upscale townhome! Then super quiet at night to sleep!!! Neighbors are super nice too!

We enjoyed our time at the house. The location was nice - we walked to Little Italy most every morning. You can also walk to the waterfront. The only issue is that the house is right in line for one of the landing strips at the airport and the noise from airplanes was pretty significant. We were only there for a long weekend and did not cook ourselves, but it seems like the kitchen was well furnished. There are TV's with Roku and/or Apple TV in all of the rooms. Overall I would easily recommend this house with just a note about the noise in case there are kids that don't sleep great.

Loser’s home is very nice and comfortable! Location is very convenient. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures.
