the villa is very well loacted in the center of Sanur and walkable distance to some nice restaurants and beach. the villa has amazing potential, the layout is great and it has a huge pool, however it does require some maintenance and attention to the detail. the staff is helpful and always available

We booked for four adults. Two separate bedrooms. The second bedroom's safe was locked, unable to be used. Had to be replaced. The water didn't work in the shower, and the entrance door didn't lock. However, once I reported all these issues to Nyoman and Made (the managers) they were organised to be fixed. All done within the first two days of our holiday. Also, I left my earbuds in the power point and didn't realise until I was at the airport. A call to Nyoman and he delivered them to me within the hour - thank you so much. I have stayed in Sanur for the last six years, in Airbnb's and this was the most expensive but not the best.
