This is a peaceful and clean place. We are so blessed to have wonderful guests who stay longer and the rest keep on coming back. It offers privacy but also family/ friendship if guest desires to interact. Please try to visit our home and see what it can offer. This is an old farmhouse built in 1890. It has a common entrance with the sign “LODGING”. Each guest is given a specific code to enter the main door. Each room has a key. It is in. 20-acre farm near the route 222. It is near the hospitals like UPenn, Tower Health, Wellspan, St. Joe’s. It’s 6 miles to Maple Grove Recetrack, very near to antique shops, Green Dragon Market, Nolde Forest. It’s approximately 1 hour to Hershey Park, Philadelphia airport. A lot of outlets are nearby. This is a very peaceful area.

Govind and Florita were very responsive and extremely flexible. Getting in was very easy and the space was exactly like the photos.
Govind and Florita have a great place and made it very liveable. Parking was easy and close to the door. I was asked if everything was to my liking. The bed had clean sheets and covers, and the bathroom and shower were large and spacious. Everything was as described or better. I recommend it without hesitation and will stay there again. The wifi was a little slower than I had hoped but otherwise it was perfect. Govind and Florita are top tier hosts. Thanks
this was r first time at a B&B, Govind and Florita were always in contact, James was there also to help with any questions we might of had. the common area's made us feel at home. thanks to all for a great time, can't wait to come back

It’s an old farmhouse built in 1890. It has ample parking space. It also has a barn withfew chickens and ducks. There is a cottage which is like a studio. It is situated on a 20-acre land which is very peaceful and great place to relax. Nice to see sunset here. Lots of birds. Sometimes, there are deers too.
We have WiFi available for guests. Cable with more than 100 programs.
Rate is very reasonable and also negotiable for long term guests.
Keyless number entry for main house and cottage and keys for each and every individual room.

A vehicle is a must. There is no public transportation but Uber, Lyft and cab.

We own this over 100 year old beautiful house with 3 rooms and cottage with private bathrooms. There are barn, pond, farm within the property which is near highway 222 approximately 0.05 to the property. We are available to help for short and long term hospitality needs thru airbnb. Hospitals nearby are St. Joseph’s, Tower Health Hospital, Wellspan Ephrata Hospital, Lancaster General Hospital. The new Drexel Medical School, Alvernia University and other schools are within 20-30 mins drive.
