Big thank you to Anne for a wonderful hospitable stay. Anne’s place is in a fantastic location, just across the road from the surf beach & park, & one road back from the shops & restaurants of Newquay. You will have access to 3 small separate rooms in the loft at the top of Anne’s house - the bedroom which is cosy and has a lovely little seaview from the window - good spot to work from & wifi works great. The sitting room has a toaster, kettle, refrigerator & sink - perfect for a short stay. Plus a third small room with a toilet. Anne and her gorgeous doggy Dolly live below. Anne is friendly and warm, chatty and kind. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. She allowed us to check in early and check out late plus even went as far as drying my surf boots on the heater over night. We had a great stay and would recommend Anne’s place. Thank you Anne.

I felt so welcomed from the minute I walked in. A beautiful big property in a great location. The loft room is lovely and you have the whole floor to yourself. It was like being at home and I’ll definitely go back :) xxx

Anne was an absolute perfect host. She was very helpful, informative and friendly. Dollie was lovely as well. The rooms were spotless and very clean, and the bed is very comfy! Definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much again Anne. Beth and Jamie x

Just spent a lovely few days in Newquay. Cannot fault Anne Maria's property for location, it was perfect - a stone's throw from Towan beach and local shops. On street parking so I'd suggest arriving as early as possible to hopefully find a space as close as possible. Really lovely host, Anne Maria was really approachable, friendly and happy to help. Rooms as pictured - own seperate wc, shower, bedroom and tv room with a small kitchenette at the top of her house. Very clean, bright and airy, would recommend x
