My friend & daughter joined me for a quick girls trip to Lake Michigan. The hot tub was the deciding factor in choosing this property, as well as the affordable pricing. We visited before the pool opened for the season & did not use the grill or fire pit. Pros: - very clean - easy access & check in - comfortable beds - detailed instructions & signage - hot tub: large, clean, & good temp Cons: - loud trains ALL night , not during the day (we couldn't find the ear plugs as they weren't on the counter as stated) - couch bed, not so comfortable & couldn't find sheets. Didn't use the table bed. - table setup: difficult to get in and out of bench seat. - gas furnace: don't use this unless absolutely necessary. It's INCREDIBLY loud. We eventually just shut off the heat for some peace and quiet. At the time, we weren't aware of the electric heaters (not in manual) and didn't want to bother our hosts at a ridiculously early hour. - not allowed outside after 10 pm, not just quiet time

Pros: Don was very kind and responsive. He even let us use his State park pass to save on entry fee. Hot tub was nice, and my kids enjoyed the little play set. Cons: It smelled stuffy and musty and should have been aired out before we arrived; bedding was thin and cheap and the extra blanket was too stinky to use. The heater was RIDICULOUSLY loud, my ear plugs were no match. I didn't sleep at all. Camper is even smaller than in the pictures and was missing some basic kitchen things like a sharp knife. Fridge was set too cold and froze half our food.
