This is a beautiful home, and impeccably clean - like super clean. The contactless checkin was great, and they made check out SO easy - we didn’t have to do much at all. The kitchen is very well stocked, and a great space to hang out. We did pay to heat the pool and spa. They were lovely, though it took a long time to get to temperature every time we wanted to use the spa. And the rules say to only use the pool between 9am and 6pm, which was a little limiting. We were traveling with a large group of couples, so For Us, the set up of the house was a little tough. We had plenty of beds, but we struggled with the shower and shared bathroom situation. This is not a problem with the house or owners, but just something to be aware of, if you aren’t traveling with your immediate family - not every room has its own bathroom. The house is situated in a very quiet area. It felt very private and serene - we loved coffee on the patio in the mornings - so peaceful. But do be aware - it is in a residential neighborhood, and we definitely got the impression that the owners and the neighbors were sensitive to noise and/or late nights. Again, that isn’t meant to be a deterrent - just something to be aware of, if you’re traveling with a group of parents letting their hair down on a weekend away from the kids, like we were. Also, there are security cameras whose locations are not disclosed in the listing, so I recommend asking about that before you book. All in all, truly beautiful, immaculate home that accommodates a lot of guests. Gorgeous outdoor area, well suited for relaxation.

This was a fantastic place to stay! The area: Peoria It took us about 45 minutes with traffic to get there from the airport; 35 minutes to get back to the airport on a less busy morning. We mainly eat out in Glendale and Peoria. The space: Beautiful home that was very welcoming! Everything was very clean and we had plenty of towels, bath products, and extra blankets and pillows. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, our group of 10 had more than enough space! The kitchen is large with a large island counter. Plenty of room in the fridge. Lots of cooking utensils available! The pool is fantastic - at first we felt silly for requesting the pool heat be on (outside temps exceeded 100 degrees during our stay), but we especially appreciated the heated pool late afternoon/evening when the sun was lower. The host: Having a great host was an added bonus - he was very responsive to messages throughout the weekend and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay!

This place was absolutely gorgeous. We have a large family and this home was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing. The entertainment for the kids was great. Mue was an amazing host. We will definitely refer to our family and friends. As well as would love to stay again the next time we are in Arizona.
