房东并不是房主，而是管理员，所以感受不到一般在AIRBNB上房东的体贴与欢迎，在系统里回复信息很慢，要求我装whatsapp才能沟通，咨询需求时很敷衍，最后一天因为是晚上飞机，请求如果没有人订就放下行李也被拒绝，收了十美金才答应。 The landlord is not the owner, but the administrator, so not feel generally in Airbnbthe 's consideration and welcome, reply the information in the system is slow, asked me to install whatsapp to communicate, consulting needs very elaborate, because my flights is the last day of night request if there is no order to lay down their luggage is rejected, also received only ten dollars.

I picked this location because of the sauna on the roof, which did not disappoint!! The building was nice with lots of amenities. Most the amenities are on the roof top and they have free wifi up there, so you can work, as well as a decent gym and pool plus sauna all on the roof, and the views are incredible. The neighborhood isn't the best as a tourist since there is not too much stuff that's within walking distance compared to other neighborhoods. Micaela the hostess was incredible. She stayed up until 1:30 am to make sure I could get inside the unit, and she met me one time within minutes when I locked myself out. Micaela went above and beyond, I met her not just once, but twice!! I've gone years without ever meeting other airbnb owners, not even speaking to them! just annoying automated messages and call centers they use. It was so nice to speak and meet with an actual person in 2024. Thank you Micaela!!

The apartment was as described in the pictures and Micaela was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The neighborhood feels safe, although you do have to walk at least a half mile or so to get to any good restaurants/night life. Not a big deal though since Ubers are so cheap. Pool and gym were a big plus for me and were utilized daily. The gym has a couple weight lifting machines and dumbbells up to about 50lbs. I was able to make it work with what was at my disposal. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when I come back to BA.
