We loved the place. Being on the rivers edge was just amazing and tranquil, and sleeping at night felt amazing when hearing the river flow. The kitchen was fully kitted with everything we needed to create our meals, and braaing on the balcony with the river right under you was amazing during the sunset. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, quick to respond when needed and we just loved their fury friends, their dogs are sweet, friendly and quite. However, the one thing I would've loved is the unit being less shakey when "moving" around🤣, but it was ok as it is an alevated unit on stilts. The lighting over the bed unit was a bit too dark for our liking, but it did set a romantic mood and also helped with keeping bugs away.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great communication anytime we needed it. The place was so cozy and the scenery was breathtaking. The only thing I’d say to be aware of is if you’re not the biggest fan of bugs then take extra precautions. Also come to the place with a 4x4, those roads are rough but wholeheartedly worth it.

Was a very beautiful place to stay with friendly and helpful service, would just recommend upkeep of waterfront ie by trimming of water trees by tent house to have a better view of the river.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. the place was lovely and our hosts were responsive. we received flowers, champagne and some chocolates and our welcome gift. would definitely visit again.
