This is a beautiful, tastefully decorated, modern apartment that's hi-tech and sophisticated feeling. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The location was walking distance to buses and the underground, and there were many restaurants, coffee shops, and other conveniences very nearby. Portobello Road, which is just steps away, has a wonderful, massive outdoor on Fridays and Saturdays - very fun! There is an amazing rooftop patio with a grille, seating, etc., and even a sauna. We didn't use it due to weather, but it was lovely. Julian was a truly great host - very responsive in answering questions and assisting with quickly solving a few minor glitches. For those with difficulty on stairs, be aware there are three levels of stairs inside, plus a stairway from street level. All of us found the shower to be slippery (though it is lovely) and there was no safety grab-bar, but that was our only concern.

Absolutely loved this apartment, it’s beautiful. Julian was great at communicating with me and really helpful. The area is great, it was the first time we have stayed in this area and we will definitely be returning. Great deli and wine shop below too.

We loved staying here. Its right in the centre of the best that W10 has to offer and has the best Deli located right underneath!

Our stay at Julian's townhouse was exactly what we needed! The townhouse has been amazingly renovated, entertaining from an unassuming entrance on the street you walk into the perfect city pad. the rooftop terrace was the perfect place for an afternoon drink or BBQ. It was clean, well kept, all the mod cons you could want, along with plenty of amenities. Walking distance to Ladbrokes Grove tube and 50m to the start of Portobello Rd for markets, shops, and restaurants. the deli and wine bar underneath were great as well. Julian was a great host and was very helpful and accommodating. Would love to stay here again on our next trip back to London.

Our stay at Julian’s place exceeded expectations. His place is stylish, tasteful and warm. The West London location on Golborne Street is terrific - a diverse and bustling non-touristy stretch off of Portobello Road. We’d highly recommend.
