Alfred was a fantastic host, flexible quick to respond and a very pleasant man. The villa has lots of hidden amenities and is a great location for a group or family who will spend most of their time in the nearby cities. the outdoor area is very pleasant and the kitchen and serving area is a great idea. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

amazing airbnb for a group holiday! the house and garden are even bigger than the photos, and the neighbourhood is quiet but very pretty. other places in malta were easily accessible by scooter/car. alfred was super accommodating of any requests we had (late check in, additional guests, etc). couldn't recommend the place enough!

Lovely garden and pool area, both very well maintained and the general cleanliness and bedroom amenities excellent. Particularly liked the 100% good quality cotton sheets. Some minor niggles which were sorted out quickly and to our satisfaction. The property is overlooked in the pool area by several blocks of flats but to be fair we hardly saw anyone on the balcony. Generally peaceful over the weekend but lots of building work noice on the weekdays. Be aware that the main kitchen is in the garden and separate from the bedrooms which is excellent in good weather but not really suitable for the winter months but there is another smaller kitchen on the first floor which is connected to one of the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and if returning as a large group would definitely consider booking again (but not in winter).

The Villa is much bigger and better than the photos show, air con was great, speedy wifi, great pool and an amazingly flexible host! Had a brilliant time and would definitely stay again!
