We really enjoyed our stay in this pleasant London neighborhood! It was close enough to walk to some major attractions, but also quiet enough for a more low key day. Plenty of coffee shops and pubs nearby.

Great spot and location. Perfect for our family of 5 to stay for a couple of days while in London. Close to two tube stations and is also fairly walkable to sites such as Buckingham Palace. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Our family of 5 loved the location and being able to spread out after 6 days in hotels. Everything was just as described and super clean!

Supposed to be 2 bathrooms, but one had a shower that didn't drain. Four nights we were there, you had to turn the water off multiple times while showering or the water would run over the top of the shower and flood the bathroom and bedroom. Altido was notified our first night and were very slow to respond to the email and never sent anyone to attempt to fix the problem. Finally, after multiple emails every day, on day four they sent someone over that poured a "draino" type product in the drain. That didn't fix the problem. We requested a refund for only having one shower to use during our entire stay. After emails back and forth, they told us their policy is a 5% refund, but then they only would give it for three days and not four. Altido is not onsite and a very poor management company, in my opinion. i own multiple Airbnb's in the United States and i can't imagine treating our guest the way Altido treated my family.
