Stay with Amaia exceeded our expectations: she is a definition of a superhost! very attentive, proactive, caring and just a great person. we felt very welcomed and right at home from the first day to the last. Amaia gave us very detailed recommendations about the city and the surrounding area throughout our stay which was very helpful. the apartment was also great, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature, overall calm and peaceful. the area is close to the train station which sometimes means the neighborhood can be a bit tricky but this is not the case with this stay: the neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe even at night. to sum it up: we highly recommend this apartment and Amaia, it will guarantee you an awesome stay in the city. thank you!

Helemaal in de wolken door de praktische tips, adviezen en hulp van Amaia. Genieten en gezelligheid stond centraal en ook dagelijks even samen lachen was erg prettig. Ondanks dat je een ruimte deelt met de verhuurster loop je elkaar niet in de weg. Het was een heerlijk drukke week. Veel gedaan en de cultuurkoorts van het voetbal was de slagroom op de taart. Je begrijpt dan de emotie van de Basken. Amaia is een topvrouw met een heel groot hart voor haar gasten !!!

Amaia was very helpfull all the way👍🏻we forgot something at a restaurant and Amaia was so helpfull in calling around and finding what we lost! Best recommendations and we would happily return. Ps the building has a small but comfortable elevator, and a parking House just across.
