Jessica was the perfect host!! We stayed there for 2 months and absolutely enjoyed our stay. It is a quiet area with restaurants and the beach close by. Jessica responded right away with any questions I had and many wonderful recommendations!! The house was spotless & just as the pictures show!! We will be staying here again if we make it back to the area! I highly recommend this place!!

This is the second summer my parents and I have stayed at Jessica’s perfect little beach retreat! I am a frequent visitor to the Rockaways, and this charming and well-appointed house is the perfect home base for an easy and fun beach getaway. Jessica is so welcoming and accommodating. The home is spotless with all of the things you could possibly need for your stay. It’s close to tons of fabulous restaurants and, of course, the gorgeous beach and boardwalk. Thanks for helping me make more great summer memories with my family!

Extraordinary stay at the house! Perfect for a family of four. Clean. Quiet. The kitchen is super functional. The beds are comfy. Close to the beach (8 minutes walk). Close to many amenities of Rockaway (grocery store, restaurants, wine shop, etc.) We truly enjoyed our vacay in Rockaway!

Not much to say other than fantastic. Jessica's traditional Rockaway beach house is in a brilliant location, so much to do if you love the beach. Quick 5 min walk down 92nd to the boardwalk. The house and the week stay was great for us (family of 4, kids 5 and 8), clean, spacious, comfy beds, simple kitchen to cook and eat in. Netflix for the kids, quiet porch to sit out on, beach stuff, coffee machine. just everything we needed and more. Jessica thought of all the little details; left us ice in the freezer, clean towels, loads of tea towels, bath towels, loads of toilet roll and kitchen towels. check in was great even for Brits on their first Rockaway holiday (vacation). Easy as pie. Jessica kept in touch without ever being intrusive. 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ all day long.
