My home is centrally located in the Rio Grande Valley to popular shopping destinations such as the Central Mall in McAllen and Brand Name Outlets in Mercedes. Mature live oaks and large yard with birding opportunities. We are 7 mi away from the Santa Ana Wild Life Refuge, 8 mi from Quinta Mazatlan, a popular historic home turned birding center, 68 mi from South Padre Island and 77 mi from Falcon State Park. Open to long-term renters 3 Bedroom 2 bath home with updated kitchen and large living room. Apartment on site in separate building.

Great place feels just like visiting a relatives home. A we some outdoor area to relax and take in the weather and birds. Lord of them. Especially loved watching the humming birds. Would definrñetly recommend

It is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of bird activity among all of the large trees.
The 777 Coffee Shop, Willies Barbecue, and El Dorado Restaurant are within walking distance or you can drive of course if you wish.
There is the walking track behind the house for the community to use.
You can drive into the driveway and park at the front door.
