We recently stayed for two nights for my birthday. Situated in a beautiful village, this AirBnB is the first for a long time where you feel the host genuinely cares about the experience of the guests. The property is immaculate, with real care taken to ensure you've everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and incredibly well presented, I couldn't fault the experience. A great find if you're lucky enough to stay.

We had a lovely stay at The Dairy Barn. All was as we expected from the description, reviews and photos. A beautiful renovation! The hot tub and privacy of The Barn exceeded our expectations, and the host’s thoughtful touches made this a home from home. The fluffy robe, welcome treats and fully equipped kitchen are a delight. The location is a good base for exploring Lincoln and the Wolds, with a lovely couple of pubs in the village to boot. We were very happy. Thank you Jayne!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay and the most well equipped AirBnB we've ever stayed at. Lovely hosts, super responsive and the welcome basket was the icing on the cake. Perfect!!

Fabulous stay! Having never booked an air b&b before, we were a little dubious about what to expect. We were not disappointed. Jayne was fabulous with her communication from the moment we booked to when we left. The 'Dairy barn" is beautiful. Warm and cosy, offering every facility that you could need. The welcome goodies that Jayne left for us were a really lovely touch and very much appreciated. The hot tub is amazing too. We had our tea one evening at the Inn on the Green, which is literally two mi notes across the road. Lovely home cooked food. We would 100% recommend a stay here. x

From booking to leaving the dairy cottage Jayne was an excellent host. We arrived to a warm welcome and local information along with a generous hamper of treats. The accommodation surpassed expectations, beautifully renovated old dairy with ample space for 2 couples. The kitchen had everything required for self catering and 2 local pubs do meals if you prefer to eat out. The village itself has a nice old church worth a look, and a small shop. Lincoln only 15 mins drive . The hot tub was ideal to relax in , and private . We loved our short stay there and would highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful clean pretty cottage to switch off or to use as a base to explore the area.
