Little slice of paradise. House is nice, simple, clean. Front deck is perfect breakfast spot & you can walk right into water for swim in stunning surroundings. Friendly dog on property. Raffy & rest of staff extremely helpful, always available if you need anything. Area very peaceful & quiet, most of the time. One exception is local karaoke spot can be heard from around 10pm-2am. It's not loud like a nightclub, but you can hear it in the distance, especially the vocals; if you're in house with windows closed / AC on, it won't be an issue. And unlike other areas in Philippines, I did not get 4:30am wakeup call from chorus of roosters. Roosters & karaoke are just part of Filipino life, and hey you've got 1 of 2 here. Some minor issues with plumbing/maintenance that I was assured will be fixed: holes in window screen, poor water pressure in shower apparently due to machinery clog. These are minor but important, I trust they will be resolved. Overall, perfect relaxing getaway.
We had a lovely stay, especially thanks to the support of Raffy, who is living next door and takes care of everything you need. Lovely guy. The house itself has a great view on the sea and is surrounded by lovely people who live there in the village. The interior itself is outdated and something like a lazy seat or couch inside would have been nice. The kitchen is well equipped for some own cooking.
The house was clean and has the amenities as listed. If you are cooking food, you need to buy your ingredients in town since there’s no market nearby. Going to the house, you need to walk in a neighborhood that’s not well lighted and has unleashed dogs. Also, we had to cross a narrow bridge that could barely accommodate our rental SUV. They do have a designated parking space. The place is good for staycation but not for working people like us who need to go out everyday. It’s also good for those who need to relax, eat and sleep but not for swimming because the beachfront shore was rocky and with mangroves.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunftist ein Traum. abseits aller Regeln und Orte. super Erfahrung und wahnsinnig gute Gastgeber. ich nutze solche Orte oft,aber das hier war wirklich empfehlenswert und eine Reise wert. wir kommen gerne wieder zurück
