Kick back this summer in this calm, beautiful rural setting and contemporary family home. An oasis of native trees and bird song yet only a 5-minute drive to Wairoa River for kayaking, cycling tracks and shopping in Bethlehem. Soak in a private natural cedar hot tub. Perfect for a family. The property is located on 5 acres. We share a driveway with two smaller dwellings that we own, and are tenanted to responsible, lovely people.

Our stay at Vivs placewas sadly not quite the stay we had hoped due to getting covid and not being able to use the home for the full amount of the time booked. The house was tidy, clean, roomy for a group of people. The kitchen was large, modern and very functional. The spa was lovely. Most of the beds were comfortable. We didn't realise that there would be other properties in such close proximity. They were not noisy but thought it would be further away from the house. There was also a dog on the property, who was lovely, but he obviously lived in the house and kept coming inside.

Peaceful, rural setting with a friendly neighbourhood with a mixture of older and newer high-quality homes. Property is set on 5 acres, off the road. Driveway is shared with two other properties, which are approximately 30 metres and 50 metres away from main home. Outdoor living is private.

出行信息

Vehicle is required to get around with. Bethlehem Town Centre is only 5 minutes drive from property. Wairoa River is only a few minutes drive to the boat ramp for kayakers or cyclists.
