Have a relaxing Baguio vacation in a beautiful condominium in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in the city center, Grandview Residences. After a day of going around the City, have a rest in our minimalist but warm home. Enjoy the cold breeze in our veranda. At night, you can see the city lights from there. The unit is located at Grand View Residences, Kisad (right behind Crown Legacy Hotel). It is a bit uphill from the main road, which is common in Baguio. PARKING: Please state that you have a vehicle upon booking so we can reserve a parking slot for you. We make sure to provide excellent service and amenities but please take note that this is not a hotel. Immediate troubleshooting of things (that are not of immediate concern ) may not be possible at times because we need to schedule the person in charge to check it. :) The condominium management is available for immediate concerns like electricity, internet and water problems.
