We spent a month at Akim's place and it was excellent. I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world and this one really stands out as a top property. The building is truly luxury. The amenities are top rate, like you'd find in a 5 star resort. The apartment is extremely well decorated, comfortable, and has everything you could need. The wifi works great for working remote. If you are looking for a place where you can keep up your fitness routine while traveling, this property is for you. The gym is among the best I've seen in Panama. It is clean, has an ocean view, a good selection of equipment, and you'll pretty much have it to yourself. The pool is excellent for swimming laps. The beach itself if long and great for running. There is also a nice steam room near the gym. This other tenants of this apartment building tend to be people working in Panama City who come to the coast for the weekend, which means it is incredibly quiet during the week. Akim is a super great responsive host!

Nous avons passé 2 mois dans le condo de Akim. Tout y étaient pour un long sejours et plus encore. Akim prend bien soin de son Condo. Tout fonctionne très bien. Le site est super propre, la piscine est grande et bien entretenu. Le personnel qui travaillent sur place sont très gentils et prêt a vous aider. Le site est situé sur à peu près la plus belle plage du coin. Nous y retournerons c'est certain. Akim est plus qu'un Super Host...

Best Experience Ever!!! Highly recommend you book!! 5 years of traveling and booking Primarily , VRBO and Booking.com, and Airbnb, This was by far the best ever experience we have ever had. The rest weren’t even close. Akim’s apartment location is one of a kind, directly on the ocean with beach access and a pool Oceanside. The Apartment is very spacious, great balcony and all the items necessary to make your stay comfortable. Akim also thought about items such as first aid, and toiletries. Shopping is 5 minutes away. All you need to bring is your suitcase and buy food once you get settled, until then there were enough food provisions such as spaghetti, noodles, lentils, tuna fish etc to make a few meals. Check in was easy fast Furniture, cooking utensils, pots, pans were top notch. Cleanliness is 5 Star Hotel standard Communication was A+, regardless of the time when we messaged; Akim about general questions we had about the area, recommended restaurants, delivery service Akim responded within 5 minutes. He went out of his way to check to see if there were any additional recreational activities within the area.. Facilities were commensurate with a 5 Star Hotel standard, the staff on site were very helpful and courteous with great security. You won’t have to worry about theft of valuables unlike other places. There’s a reason Akim is a Super Host!! He is Top Notch. If you’re undecided on where to stay, we recommend you choose Akim. For the location, value and beach living experience it is unbeatable. In the future we plan to book as often as we can.
