Richard and Romona were fantastic hosts. Very attentive. Quick replies to questions and needs. Woulsd recommend them to any of our friends. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Responsive hosts. Allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in which was great. We weren’t able to swim in the private pool because it was freezing regardless of it being heated. There was no extra toilet paper, which they brought the next day.. I would recommend getting a deep cleaning done more often… as you can tell its a high traffic place with minimal cleaning between guests. Overall, great location and fair price.

The house is in a great location. Upon pulling into the driveway , there is a lot of deferred maintenance. We were worn out by the time we got in and still had to run to the store and basically went to sleep after shopping and dinner. When we got up the next day, the house was visibly not clean. Our feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the house. The edges of the floors and around doors were unclean. Many of the walls, doors, vents, dishes, and baseboards were dirty. I contact ex the owners and he was very rude right off the bat and threatening for us to find some place else to stay. We were worried because it was spring break.He refunded the cleaning fee but we had to spend several hours cleaning the house. The sliding door by kitchen didn’t open and close very well and did not lock. We found a board to secure the door during our stay. The outside area was also dirty, including the pool and surrounding area. Our kids didn’t even want to swim. Photos are deceiving.
