We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing stay at Heiner’s property which was just as described, in a peaceful setting overlooking a sandy bay, with facilities of Eden Island on the doorstep.

Heiner is the perfect host. Very attentive and responsive. Made me feel welcome from within minutes of booking. Clear instructions for check in and customs authorisation. Helpful throughout. Checks in to make sure all is well during the stay too. 10/10 host!!

The apt is as described and pictured. Very convenient with filtered water in the kitchen & washing machine. Great bed, shower and wifi. Eden island is more beautiful than in the photos. I imagine this place to be perfect when traveling with kids. The beach (Bernik) by the apt is very calm with shallow waters, there are swimming pools, and the golf cart experience is joyful. Explore the island and check out the other beaches as well. I personally liked the two smaller beaches most given the waves there. Then there is another large beach (Tec Tec) that is beautiful at sunset. There were quite many rays there though (in January) so I felt more comfortable in the water in the other beaches. The apt is a short walk from the best pool in Eden (at Club house), just take care with your swimwear as I got mine bleached. Eden staff is available 24/7. Heiner was very attentive to my messages and he made everything to make my stay as great and comfortable as possible. Definitely a superhost!
