We stayed here for a friend's getaway for the first time in years and it was magical experience, and one to remember. Fiona was such a lovely host, her family history separates this airbnb from no other than I've experienced in Scotand in the last 5 years living here and adds a personal touch.

Fiona’s home is beautiful! The setting is peaceful, the gardens are amazing, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Great place!

Great accommodation. beautiful house in spectacular and peaceful surroundings. Didn't expect to find the fridge full of goodies for breakfast or that the larder was well stocked with bread, cereals and everything you need for the perfect breakfast, a real treat. Also the hot croissant in the morning was a great touch. Rooms were classic yet had all of the modern amenities that you expect of a boutique hotel, particularly liked the Neal's yard toiletries and the dressing gowns thanks

Would highly recommend a stay at Seasyde. Fiona is a lovely host and her home is beautiful. A real taste of luxury. We enjoyed three lovely days - visiting Scone Palace, Broughty Ferry and the V&A at Dundee before returning to a warm cosy fire each evening and sumptuous rooms. Kindly, Fiona had stocked the fridge with breakfast materials and we were treated to warm croissants every morning. It’s worth taking a stroll around the grounds looking out for red squirrels and pheasants. We stayed in Autumn so didn’t get the opportunity to use the fire pit, BBQ and tennis court. Dundee and Perth not far away for restaurants/culture.
