The house is centrally located in a hotel area, and is spacious with two big bedrooms, a good kitchen and a huge salon. The place is nicely decorated, though the house itself is slightly outdated. If you don’t expect perfect, it’s okay value for money. The bed linnen is very clean (smells really fresh), but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Luckily there are cleaning materials (as well as a lot of appliances) so that wasn’t a problem. For those with sensitive backs: the matrasses are with springs that you can feel at the surface, like UK matrasses (my husband slept fine, I am sensitive to it unfortunately). Betül is very friendly, communication was great and we had no problems!

Communication was excellent from start to finish. The apartment is in a great location and was as described. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and it was ideal to have a washing machine. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Ms. Betul’s place and we really enjoyed our time there. The location is really good, the description was really accurate; but what really impressed me was the communication with the host. She was having a family health issue; however she was still very attentive and always stayed in touch with us. Highly recommended.

Betül Hanım çok ilgili ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Otogardan eve varmamız konusunda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Evin konumu çok iyi. Bulaşık makinesinin eski olmasından kaynaklı çalışmama durumu oldu. Fakat Betül Hanım hemen ilgilendi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Betül Hanım kibar ve tatlı bir ev sahibi. Evin yeri güzel plajlara çok yakın ancak kendi şemsiye ve sandalyeniz ile plaja gitmek isterseniz ancak halk plajına gidilebiliyor ve o da eve biraz uzak. Evin yakınındaki plaj, beach kulüpler tarafından parsellenmiş ve gayet dolgun fiyatlar isteniyor 🙄 Evin temizliği iyiydi ancak balkon falan tam temizlenmemisti belki buna dikkatedilebilir. Evde bazı sarf malzemeler yeterli sayıda değildi (tuvalet kağıdı bir ruloydu mesela) ancak Betül Hanım'a söyleyince hemen tamamladı, problem yaşamadık. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.
