Great apartment with some fantastic restaurants nearby

First, the location can't be beat.  Walkable to the city center but not too much tourist hustle and bustle in the neighborhood.  Great restaurants within a few blocks. The employees that we interacted with were fantastic.  Super helpful, firendly and followed up on every communication. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked and had a great view from the outside balcony area. The only downside (relatively minor), is that it has a very minimalist interior design.  Thus, almost no color/decorations, so not too exciting.  But we'd definitely stay there again.  We felt that we were in good hands.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony cannot be beat! Both of the concierge that we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. The location was also a plus!

L’appartement est génial pour les grands groupes. Il est constitué de deux “sections” qui se séparent par une porte. Ce qui est pratique pour ceux qui ont des horaires de réveil et de dodo différents. Première section est le salon, salle à manger, la cuisine (qui se ferme complètement si l’on veut) et une chambre (lit double). Deuxième section est deux chambres avec deux lits simples chacune, en face se trouve une salle d’eau et une salle de bain complète (bain et douche) ainsi qu’une chambre principale avec grand lit et salle de bain attenante (douche). Les lits étaient confortables, les draps propres. Les espaces communs confortables et assez propres (le sofa nécessiterait un petit update). Par contre les salles de bain auraient besoin d’un nettoyage plus en profondeur pour le prix payé. Concernant le lieux, très bien situé pour se promener à pieds, en transport en commun ou en taxi. Plusieurs bons restaurants tout près. La vue du balcon est vraiment belle.

We stayed for a long weekend as a group of 7 and had a brilliant time. Little bit of initial difficulty with the online check in but staff were very helpful and we managed to resolve it by using a different browser. Apartment was great, lovely and spacious, very clean and had all the kitchen essentials. Supermarket just round the corner so handy for stocking up. The view from the penthouse terrace was absolutely stunning. We had a full 180 view of the city from the mountains to the sea. View of the Sagrada Familia was amazing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to lots of lovely places to eat and really handy for the metro stations/ most of the popular gaudi destinations. We especially enjoyed Cava Cakery and El Nacional. Only thing we missed in the apartment was a full length mirror. Would have also been handy to have a couple of hooks in some of the bedrooms.
