Let my mistake be your lesson. Do not, and I repeat, Do not get this place. this guy will never respond to you messages. make you wait 3 hours or more to check you in. place is run down and after everything he will claim you damaged his place and try to get more money from you. If you already made the mistake and booked. take pictures and video of the place when you check in. take extra time to go through everything and point out all the flaws, because he will come back and say you need to pay more on damages that was already there. Worst airbnb experance ever!!! we paid 5 star hotel prices for motel 6 unit.

Place has fantastic views, with great security and located a 10-15 drive from the golden zone. It needs a little updating and more attentive host to supply some basic necessities; but overall it is OK for our stay. We had to ask for common things extra toilet paper and towels expected for a stay longer than week. For a touristy property charging hotel prices, we expected to have hotel quality services. The kitchen had a good blender and fridge, but the dishwasher had been broken for a while and had bad smell. There is 2 elements in the kitchen range which are basically like a hot plate. They don't get very hot so you will just be able to heat up stuff or bring things to a simmer. Bathrooms were nice and big. Note that the 3rd bedroom (with 2 beds) does not have a view, and there is little privacy as the other guest can look through it( partially as it is a tinted reflective glazing) through a window that opens in the living room. Overall it was a pleasant stay but recommend to get in contact with the owner and review what your expectations are of the property so you know what you're getting yourself into.

Ruben’s place its excellent, he is so kind and nice, great communication... thinks I wish condo could have will be amenities like soap, shampoo and toilet paper, besides that everything was pretty good, would love to stay again at his place ;)
