Penny’s house is great in every way. I loved spending afternoons in the garden. The central AC does both heating and cooling. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. Penny is so sweet and always available via text. When I got sick, she left her work to bring me food and even gave me a goodbye gift.

This house is exactly as advertised and Penny is a fantastic, kind host. I worked remotely from this location, and it had everything I was looking for. The internet was reliable and it was not noisy. I would consider renting a car if you choose to stay here. The bus service is reliable, but it is the suburbs so you will have to make a transfer unless you want to go to downtown Bellevue. I would absolutely stay at this place again.

The room is exactly as shown in the photo. The bus stop is accessible and the home is quiet and clean.
