The place was way expensive for the accomodations. Nobody was there to tell us where our rooms were. The bedroom had no toilet. YOu had to run down narrow stairs in the dark. The door to the adjoining apartment was not locked and not lockable.

The place is perfect for families and bigger families since there is 4 unit all in one house we rented two units the peidmont and tuscany and it was a great stay. I wish I had known they two other rental space within the house so my other family member could have stayed there too. But overall it was a great stay for the family. But I hope there is a AC unit on the lower bedroom in Piedmont since sometimes it gets hot in there.

We had such an amazing stay! So close to the strip but set far back enough for plenty of peace and quiet. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linens. We met the hosts and they were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

House is in excellent location with bars, restaurants, arcades, and shopping all within walking distance. A 30 second walk from the main strip and extremely close to the lake front. Keep in mind there is no public lake access close by, you have to go to the state park for it. The house / furniture is a little outdated but we knew that from the photos. The only issue with this house is the AC units do not work. I reached out to Evolve and they were quick to refund us. I hope they fix the units for future guests.
