nice location. place was a little broken up with a very small living room. towels need to be bleached.
Thank you to Steve & Chris for helping to try to accomodate us while we were there. I feel bad giving a bad review because they are so nice and you can tell they are trying, but I have to be fair and let people know. It does not fit SIX adults comfortably. Four people at most - maybe one kid. We had to move furniture around to fit the futon and cot, in fact had to move the very tiny living room furniture around to fit the cot downstairs. The pictures made the living room look WAY bigger than it was. The place was not that clean. The spiral staircase is treacherous. The downstairs toilet didn't work properly and took forever to fill up, so we were having to wait 2-3 pees to flush. It was quite gross. No central air There were no linens for the futon or cot as promised. We had to ask the owners for hand towels for the bathrooms upon arrival, which they were very responsive to. Definitely need to work on the new cleaning ladies! The location was phenomenal and the front porch is great.
