Marta and Marvin’s apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Desenzano, plenty of good restaurants, a small supermarket and a very good greengrocer. The terrace is very large, not particularly overlooked, and catches the sun nicely. Views are a bit limited although there’s a nice view of the lake from the kitchen. Marta was a friendly and attentive host, introduced the apartment thoroughly and made sure we had everything we needed.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience! The location is perfect. Marvin responds so quickly and has been a fantastic host. I was ill at the beginning of my trip and his mother Marta who lived in the building went above and beyond to take care of me and get me anything I needed. I’ve never been treated so well by a host before. Already have our next trip booked!

Marvin and co host Marta who is his mother were marvellous super hosts and made us feel like family in this beautiful town on Lake Garda. Their Sunseeker apartment was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. The location is a 10 minute downhill walk from the train station. Marvin will greet you and explain everything you need to know to have a great stay. Marta has decorated the apartment with stylish Italian flair making it cosy and a great place to relax. The jewel of the apartment is the fabulous large terrace perfect for sun bathing, relaxing with a spritz or eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. All amenities one needs are available. Good supermarket is a few minutes walk away. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We definitely would stay again. They have 3 apartments in the same building and all equally as nice as Sunseeker.

Great stay! The apartment is as lovely as it looks in the photos - beautifully styled, lots of space and spacious terrace. The Brutalist architecture makes it different and interesting. Location was perfect - could walk to the town, ferries, restaurants, and train station in a few minutes. We came from Venice by train and only needed a car for one day in our week. What made it special was how helpful and kind Marvin and Marta were - they made some really nice gestures during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent séjour chez Martha et Marvin. L'accueil de Martha a été très chaleureux. Elle s'est efforcée de nous donner toutes les astuces pour passer un bon séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et de l'embarcadère.
