Michael was very responsive and the place was clean. Since my son and I got to the place pretty late, having such an easy way to check in and Michael being super clear with all instructions made things go smoothly.

Great host (responsive, always available, proactive communication and effective in communicating instructions). Very clean place (bedroom, linens, bathroom and kitchen (refrigerator). I did not use the utensils, but I am sure they clean too based the overall place. Great value (discounts for multiple night stays and great area). Area is quiet, walkable and friendly. If you are not an early riser, then take note because the neighborhood is up around 0500 hours moving. I am on business and an early riser so it was perfect. I did not feel like I had to tip toe around. I will definitely be back. Thanks Michael

Micheal is a great host! The condo is a good central location in Ventura county and close to Channel Islands harbor. Lots of restaurants! I felt safe and the room had everything I needed. It felt cozy.
