Great place and location to stay with your family and business colleagues. Stacked with all necessary amenities. All the members who stayed were overall satisfied with the property and communication done by Mr. Satish and his Team was smooth and cooperative. Surely a place to re-book.

Excellent location and 24/7 security. Community is good and great place to stay for families. Few glitches while checking in as there are a few security procedures to enter the community. Overall it was a good stay.

We had stayed here for 13 nights. Check inn and check out was very smooth. The house was fully furnished with all the amenities mentioned and exactly like the pictures in AIRBNB site. Very neat and clean. Satish ji and his manager were very helpful and they made sure that we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here if visiting Noida next time. Highly recommended..Totally worth the money you pay.

Hi I stayed at Mr Walias place at Paras Tiera for almost 45 days and i have never come across a more helpful person. The washing machine was not there and i called mr Walia in 2 hours a brand new washing machine was installed. I'm in Awe of such wonderful service. All the Acs were serviced. All his staff were quite helpful and proactive at any problems that occurred. i would highly recommend Mr Walias property or any of Mr Walias properties a thorough Gentlemen. one of my Best staying experience at Airbnb properties and My favorite Host. Thanks Satish Ji.
