Fabulous place with all the extras a traveler would like in a place (multiple hooks, dedicated spaces for luggage, array of kitchen utensils, spices, plenty of sitting spaces, ceiling & floor fans, broom & dustpan, linens, beach stuff, towels, the list goes on)! It rained daily during our trip so they found us an extra umbrella. We've been in multiple AirBnB's and no one has had such a well rounded thoughtful list of amenities and responsiveness to our needs. We loved our hosts, Sam & Susan, whom we chose to interact with daily. Even conversing and hanging out on the shared patio together. We played and played and played ball with Ms. Personality, Cocoa. And Zing was always there with us too! Careful, they drop everything when people food is around, which is a big No for them due to allergies. The biggest dog didn't hang out much with us, but very friendly when we did. Beautiful, luscious landscape on their entire property. And Sam did give us a tour! Thanks Sam & Susan!

The perfect spot. Literally the best bnb we have ever stayed at! Had everything we could even think to need. And the hosts were so kind and wonderful. We can’t wait to visit again.

Susan and Sam extended us warm and gracious hospitality, from before we arrived until we departed. Their communication was proactive and their responses were prompt. Their place is a tropical forest retreat, away from the bustle but within close enough proximity to be convenient to the entire island. They recommended we rent a car, and we second that. We got good value out of that suggestion, exploring most all parts of the island during our stay. They were friendly, kind, generous with scuba gear and beach goods, provided some first aid when I got on the wrong side of a sea urchin, and offered great guidance and suggestions to beaches and other attractions. Last but certainly not least, our stay would not have been nearly as nice without Henna, Zee and Cocoa, their three sweet dogs. We will definitely stay at Susan’s and Sam’s place when we come back to STX.

We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are beautiful and the apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful. This was the second time I’ve stayed at this property and would not hesitate to stay again. Great experience overall!
