Anita's place was a comfortable to relax. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to local attractions by car, and local walks. The cottage had everything we needed and was well stocked. We appreciated the welcome pack and flowers. Anita was helpful and friendly, and check in was easy.

We found the place really easily and it was exactly as described. The place was absolutely spotless, pristine in fact and very comfortable; it was a gorgeous little cottage. We felt really at home. Anita had provided some groceries, which was brilliant, croissants, teabags, milk, biscuits. There was also a full folder of things to do! All towels and linen were perfect, everything was provided and we also knew Anita was there if we needed her. Really ideal for a weekend break exploring the area. The pub opposite provided a nice little refuge on our first night and as recommended the food there was great! So handy as it is literally opposite the cottage. We had a lovely break and feel lucky to have found Anita’s little Lincolnshire gem!

Anita's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, with every amenity we could have needed. It was clean, tidy, fresh and comfortable, with the most comfy bed. I cannot wait to return to this little gem.

Absolutely lovely place. So quiet and so clean with very thoughtful additions - Christmas tree, fresh flowers, and milk in the fridge. We were even greeted by Anita when we arrived who opened up for us but allowed us to settle in without any fussing.
