Francisco is an amazing host! I would definitely stay here again! Clean, neat, comfortable and safe! This is off the beaten path of Orlando in a quiet comfortable neighborhood! Excellent stay!

I had the pleasure of staying in Francisco's home for 16 days. Francisco is an exceptional host, helpful and welcoming. His home exudes a tranquility, providing a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, adding to the peaceful atmosphere.

My son stayed during spring semester at school. Host is friendly. Place has a bachelor pad feel and is good for male (male identifying) students. Rooms are small. Shared Bathroom needs some work. Insect problem in bathroom. Floor in ktchen is missing in some areas. Dishwasher was broken and removed. Common areas kept organized. Genetic Rumba wasnt the best. My son replaced toilet paper and supplies in shared bathroom, during his stay. He did not assert himself to Host or other guest. My son reports inability to access kitchen for cooking. He reports host and other guest monopolized space. Again, my son did not vocalize this concern to host. Host was helpful and offered assistance when my son's car broke down. Host was responsive whenever I reached out. Good student housing option. Price was fair. Price would have been great except AirBnB tacked on charges. Overall good experience.
