The condo was very comfortable for our family. Very close to beaches and trails. Close access to highway for shopping, restaurants and others beaches such as Kaanapali. Amenities were extensive, and decor was beautiful.

Jeff’s place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for our group and was within walking distance to plenty of great places for snorkeling, eating, and just hanging out on the beach.

Our stay was amazing. We had 4 people in from all over the country and we all needed a few days to catch our breath after a conference and this did not disappoint. The beach is steps away, walkable to excellent restaurants, amazing hikes along the cliffs- it really cannot get much better. Jeff is an excellent host- he was responsive and proactively reached out with an activity to do if it rained. The house has everything a traveler needs from snorkels, to a beach wagon- the house is so well appointed. It was really great having the back patio - we used it a lot! I cannot wait to come back!

We had an excellent stay at the Residences at Nāpili Bay. Excellently situated near to both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay, with reef snorkelling, turtles and a great beach for sun bathing. The House was just what our group needed and would recommend over a hotel or any of the smaller apartments. We had one main issue with the Air con failing within the first day but this was resolved promptly by Jeff half way through the trip, which given the stretch on engineers is excellent. In addition to this, Jeff communicated quickly and at most times of the day till the issue was resolved. If you’re a small family or a group of friends, this is the perfect Maui vacation spot.

Jeff’s property was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation, and he was a 5-star host. Well-stocked for time at home and days on the beach. He went above and beyond to make a new wagon available for beach gear, and all gear was provided. Location is walkable to Napili and Kapalua beaches. Also near Napili Market and several restaurants. If we ever travel to Maui together again, we would love to have this be our home base. Mahalo!
