Staying at Greg and Hilary’s place was a great Airbnb experience. Hilary and her staff made us feel welcome right from the start. The hut was spacious, light and clean and we really loved the hut’s African-style. This is what you hope to find when it comes to staying at an accomdation. Besides that, the location (the beach is just in front of the accomodation) is a great addition, everything is carefully looked after and the food (lunch and dinner) is very tasty. The place is also really really beautiful! The breakfast however could use some fruits free of charge (right now you can add a few options to your breakfast - bread with (peanut)butter or jam, tea/coffee and eggs - if you are willing to pay extra). Besides that, the WiFi didn’t work during our whole stay so we weren’t able to contact the host of our next accomodation nor could we check-in online for our flights. Despite this, the accomodation itself really made up for this, and in some way it actually felt kind of liberating to be offline for a few days. Thank you for everything!

This beautiful lodge by the sea is a great place to stay. We stayed here for the last 3 days of our holiday in The Gambia and it was an oasis of luxury. Lovely huts with big beds, warm showers (best time in the afternoon) and the beach is directly at the lodge. Lovely place to relax but there is also a lot to do through excursions.

Wonderful hospitality from great staff who will become friends. Beautiful location and all best intentions to live well within the local economy and ecology. A true eco lodge where slow living becomes the norm. We loved it.

Very private area of Gambia,Staff are great and welcoming, great choice of food. Great sea front ideal for surfing or relaxation .The only downside was the rooms for us didnt feel very comfortable. But overall it's worth a visit .

This place is a gem! Fantastic location, great food, superb and friendly staff, good and quick communication. This place is the perfect location to relax. The huts are clean and cosy, the lodge itself is well kept and looks fantastic and creatively put together. Also, they stimulate the local community and aim to maintain wildlife so has a social cause. Loved it and will go back. E.
