Alex was the person who posted ths place online. Mr.Kumar is the owner. He is very responsive and active. The place has 2 ACs in 3 bedrooms.There are 3 attached baths. Kitchen initially did nog have appliances but the host arranged that. Kitchen gas had some issues.However Mr.Kumar promptly arranged for a stove. One of the keys to the rooms was missing. So one room hd to be accessed from the roof.Caretaker understands only Maliyali but the host made sure that we got everything we needed.Place is 3km from airport and is a great catch at this price.

I had a very experience with the rooms which I occupied with. Firstly house key was not given to us. So we had trouble in going in and out keeping out valuables inside house. The house was not kept clean when we reached. Therefore , we managed clean the house ourselves. There was no buckets and toiletries in any of 3 toilets and in one no flush or water was coming. The house keeper was not bothered about this at all. Bed sheets were shabby.Overall my experience was like getting a biting dog by giving excess cash. It was so bad deal which I never experienced from any house I booked from applications.

A charming, beautiful home. We only spent a night (reached at 9PM and left at 7AM), but was very well received and taken care of. Mr Paulose drove a couple of miles to come meet us and guide us to the home when he realized we were slightly lost. While during just that one night the Kitchen didn't have any basic utensils, Mr. Paulose immediately offered to bring us some or help us with whatever it was that we required. Plus, I am sure it has already been taken care of. :) The home lacked a geyser (water heater) during our stay, but just like I mentioned above, they were so accommodating that I am sure it has already been taken care of as well. Good value for money, and the 5 of us (Mom, Dad, Wife, Daughter and I) had a peaceful, good night's rest.

Highly recommended for guests who want to stay near the airport. Very accessible and beautiful home. Host was very courteous and helpful.
