Bedroom 2/Boat Dock has 1 king bed and 1 double bed with walkout to hottub and seating area with great views of lake! Bedroom 3/Private Dock has 1 queen bed with 1 bunkbed. Bedroom 4/Beach Bum has 1 queen bed with pullout trundle and a wardrobe. Bedroom 5/Oar room on main floor with 1 queen bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 6/Game room is located on lower floor next to game room with 1 queen sofa bed. Also we have queen sofabed, twin sofabed and 2 extra twin cots in the living room area with 65" TV on the main floor! All bedrooms have TVs. There are 4 baths. There are 2 baths on entry floor, 1 on main floor and 1 on lower level. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room that seats 10 plus 4 seats at the kitchen bar area. Walkout to another spacious deck off the main floor. Has plenty of seating, tables, flattop grill, gas grill, TV and stereo system! There is additional gas so you never run out! Views of the cove are great! Our game room Is a great hangout in the evening or rainy days with a pool table, ping pong table top, darts, foosball table, and a dedicated xbox console and tv. Also one of the bathrooms on this floor. From the game room you can walk out patio door to large attached deck with glass railing and plenty of seating overlooking the awesome Cove! Has plenty of seating and fun place to hang out! with bag games! This is also attached to the great outdoor bar with large granite counter, neon signs, sink, seating, fridge, TV, Sirius stereo. Next to the outside bar there is a firepit! What a great place to hang out!! Heading down to the dock stop off at the Martini deck with seating, fire feature, and umbrella that has solar lighting!
