Great place very comfy

I've stayed here before , however this time the TV noise from inside the main house was very noticeable. We kept bathroom door closed and that helped. Bath Linens need to be updated, they are in rough condition. It really was only a place for us to sleep, we were out wary and back late. It does get warm in the unit and air takes a while to cool down. It was 104 when we were there. Overall ok stay.

Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant stay. There is a door inside of the bathroom that either leads to another unit or the host's basement. We could hear the TV from that space CONSTANTLY. There is another door which is covered by a bead curtain that goes to another unit. You can see the light coming through the door and hear everything. Both of these doors are interior doors so there was no real sense of privacy. To make matters worse the last morning we were there, a puppy barked and whined starting at 5 AM or so...it was terrible as we were trying to sleep for a 11 hour drive home...not fun. The space looks clean on the pictures but it is full of clutter and a hodge podge of decorations. If you are sensitive to room sprays and incense then this place is not for you.

Lisa was sweet, and friendly. Because of that, I hesitate to write a review that may damage ratings. We arrived late and there were no lights on the side of the house to guide us. When I found the correct door, no keypad as instructed so entry was confusing. I called Lisa; and sure enough, door was just unlocked. No keypad. Noticeable smell that wasn’t *bad* per se, but smelled like covered-up-bad. Many blankets stained brown. Maybe my fault: I assumed the couches were pull-out couches, but there is 1 bed, and 2 regular couches. Puppy barking loudly at 5:30am. Husband went for coffee in the morning and had guest pass revoked. He was told he couldn’t even wait by the gate to call me/Lisa. I called Lisa - no answer. Her husband answered his phone, however, and went to get my husband, but this ordeal slowed our already rushed morning by 30 minutes. Guards at gate were rude and aggressive. We were not warned that each member of our party needed to be on the list.
