性价比高，在京都附近来说。房屋干净，房东人挺好，有私人的京都打卡推荐，但是由于时间，我们没空去，很可惜。附近超市，吃饭买水果可以对付一下，比便利店便宜。距离京都半小时车程。京都做JR线到大津京(车程10分钟)，然后出站(是另一条线，车票170日元)换乘日本的小火车，3站路到滋贺里，总路程5分钟(对，每站1分钟)。下车后向上走，3分钟走到神社的门口再走2分钟。总体来说性价比高，房东也详细的告诉你怎么到他的地方。

Positive: - quiet area - only 3 Min to the subway station - a little welcome present - a bottle of water for welcome - clean room - balcony Negative: - overpriced - He had no warm welcome words for us. He blamed us for being late even though we dit not agree on a fixed arrival time. He wasn't friendly at all - the communication was most of the time in an educational and reproachful manner. We felt, that everything we did, was wrong and therefore not welcome and comfortable at all. Obviously he simply did not like us as he was friendly to other guests in the house. We assume he was offended by our rejection of his suggestion to cook together. In contrast to other reviews he had no recommendations or insider tips for us nor have we received a map. To be fair we have to mention the welcome present as described above. Just before we were about to leave he asked:"So we give each other a five star review ?" As I denied this he became very aggressive and blameful and the conversation ended up in a big argument. He was following us to the train-station and we kind of felt threatened. We haven’t had this kind of experience with an Airbnb host before. We would not recommend this place and especially this host to anyone.

Kenji is a great host! He gave us welcome gifts and welcome meals. The place is really clean and is complete with amenities. Very much recommended!
