Julio is a great host, very available when needed and helpful with recommendations. The space is accurately described. Julio is very thoughtful in terms of amenities like kitchen roll you felt paper soap shampoo. Decent sized space with a desk. I didn’t like the plastic cover over the pillow. I was u fortunate with temperatures reaching 33c and without aircon that is tough. This is an industrial building that has been converted so be prepared for that. The flight noise takes a bit of getting used to but with the fans on full power it lessens the impact. Overall decent value for money for San Juan, the equivalent was a dorm room with AC

Be very careful following directions to this place as there are two Avenida Barbosas in San Juan and the default seems to be the other one on Uber. Close enough to Ocean Park to walk, about 30-40 min. Other than the airplane noise (which is very loud) and lack of wifi and kitchen stuff (all of which I was warned about!) this is an ideal spot for what I needed. Julio was an excellent host and I had no problems with the area or the unit. If you are looking for something affordable and dont mind being tucked away in Barrio Obrero this is a great deal.

Great Stay Loved being around the people Area looks crazy but it PR Dog “Gulf” was awesome, it was just me so I’d book it again!!!!!

Great place to stay for the price. I had an issue with the plumbing and the owner responded very quick and resolved the issue immediately. Would recommend to anyone that needs an affordable, safe place to stay while in San Juan.
