The house is spacious and in a very quiet location. The pool is nice, allows easy swimming and can be easily kept clean with the help of a provided cleaning robot. The view of the hills and the valley below is great and relaxing. There is plenty of space for sunbathing both by the pool and on the terrace. The area is good for hiking and cycling. The last km of the road to the house is gravel, but a normal family car can handle it with no problems during the summer. Anna is a very helpful host and quickly reacts to any questions or problems.

What a fabulous place. The view from the terrace is beautiful. You could sit there all day mesmerised by the beauty of the countryside, except for the the fact that the wonderful swimming pool beckons for a refreshing swim! The place has everything you need and is very spacious and comfortable. We were two adults and three teenage kids and had a lot of space here. This is a lovely part of Umbria. Amenities are close by in Cittá di Castello, while the cities of Perugia and Arezzo are a short drive. The local bar/restaurant on the main road, Bar Sasso, is very friendly and serves delicious food. Anna is very friendly and welcoming. This makes for a very restful and peaceful holiday in a beautiful part of Italy, and still close to local amenities. Highly recommended.

Second time for us and would definitely come back. wonderful secluded place in the mountains. An hour hike into the city.

This is a love place. Perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It's very quiet up in the hills and yet we hiked into the city in roughly an hour. We would definetly come back!

La casa di Anna è un piccolo paradiso e le foto non le rendono giustizia. Se volete relax e pace è il posto perfetto per voi. Tutti i servizi essenziali (supermercati, negozi ecc.) sono a pochi minuti di auto. Quando siamo arrivati Anna ci ha accolto e accompagnato sul posto dimostrando moltissima disponibilità. La casa era pulitissima e perfettamente attrezzata (troverete asciugamani e biancheria pulita oltre a tutto l’essenziale per cucinare). Torneremo sicuramente!
